Manufacturers of Coil Handling Equipment

The American Steel Line Company was founded in 1960 by Mr. John Pasko. During the 1960's and 1970's the company grew in leaps and bounds and was soon shipping new equipment throughout the entire United States. Most of the original machines built are still in use 37 years later and parts are always available.

During the 1980's many changes occurred. The founder, Mr. John Pasko, died in an airplane crash in the early 1980's. However, Mrs. John Pasko came on board as the new President and carried on. In the middle 1980's the company began to purchase top of the line CNC equipment and train operators. During this period American Steel Line also began shipping internationally to throughout the world.

In 1986 Mrs. Pasko sold the company to her daughter, Diane Fox, and her husband, Bruce Fox. Diane had been with the company since 1977 in Sales and Bruce had been with the company since 1964 as Plant Manager.

Bruce and Diane place heavy emphasis on quality, service and the ever changing market demands. They have also introduced several new models that the customers had requested with much success.
